Photoshop Tutorial Preview

Step 1

Begin by opening a photo into Photoshop.

Step 2

Next, duplicate the layer by going to Layer> Duplicate Layer. Change the blending mode of the new layer to Soft Light.

Step 3

Have the top layer selected and then go to Filter> Sketch> Halftone. Copy the settings below:

Step 4

Now we’ll add a Motion blur to it. Go to Filter> Blur> Motion Blur and then use a setting that you like. You should be able to see a live preview as you make the adjustment.
