Step 1

First, pick a picture you want and open it inside Adobe Photoshop.

Step 2

Next, duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J and then change the blending mode to Multiply.

Select the top layer and then go to Image> Adjustments> Threshold. Pick a setting that works best with your image.
